Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

TOUR-TECH DISTRIBUTION SL. is the CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER'S personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations envisaged are:

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing or while there are legal retention obligations requiring their safekeeping. When no longer necessary, they will be deleted with suitable security measures to guarantee data anonymisation or total destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned except, where necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

The USER has the following rights:

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary for the provider to handle their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services supplied will fully meet your needs.

In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is complying with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
